We guarantee that our price will be the lowest fixed rate price for energy that includes all ERCOT fees with the exception of Nodal and RUC charges offered by any other live time online energy broker and energy management company. When comparing offers for this guarantee and due to market volitility pricing must be compared within 30 minutes of PUB’s offer. Comaprisions must be made to identical products for like terms and does not apply to any variable or indexed  rate products. In the event  a competive offer  is lower than PUB’s , PUB will honor the competitors price so long as it can be validated by the offering retail electric provider.

This guarantee is invalidated in the event of fraud by the end user or by the other online marketer such as but not limited to falsifying load profiles, “fixed” energy products that can be altered in any way, or any other offers that do not include ERCOT fee
